For the value we paid, our stay at 1St City La Opera Suites was an excellent deal. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of four. The location was amazing, with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests, making us feel valued and well taken care of.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

Great Location: the hotel was conveniently located near major attractions such as the Opera and Hotel Sacher, making it easy to explore the city. We were able to walk to places like Musikverein and Karlsplatz within a few minutes.

Misleading Pictures: the apartment we stayed in did not match the pictures we saw online. There was no living room or dining room table with chairs, contrary to what was advertised.

This centrally located apartment was just a 2-minute walk from the Opera and other amenities like supermarkets and restaurants. Access to the location was easy with a door code. The host was responsive via email and resolved most of the issues during our stay. The apartment was ideal for families with kids and had ample supplies. The person handling phone calls answered promptly and having an elevator in a century-old building was a bonus.

My room had a fancy flat-screen TV, but they forgot to mention it only showed static. The coffee machine and dining area made me feel like a princess… until I realized the heating was broken.
